Hi, I'm Daniel.
I’m a Shopify consultant and e-commerce operations expert with over 15 years of real-world experience running and optimizing online businesses.
From selling on eBay as a child to running full-scale online businesses, I learned e-commerce the hard way: by doing it.
While building and managing a multi-million-dollar retailer, the site structure and operation stood out and started getting attention. That’s how this turned into helping other businesses.
Since then, I’ve helped companies clean up their Shopify stores, remove unnecessary complexity, and build systems that actually work.
Today, I help owners and e-commerce directors train their teams, hire store operators, and manage the day-to-day work. When a business needs ongoing leadership, I stay involved as a fractional e-commerce director.
